Promotion Terms and Conditions– Resideo Higher Lower Prize Draw Game 2023

1. Each month during the Promotion Period, the Promoter gives Participants the chance to win one Apple iPhone 14 ("Prize") in accordance with these terms and conditions (the "Promotion"). Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon participating in the Promotion. The Promoter is Ademco 1 Ltd, 200 Berkshire Place, Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire, RG41 5RD.

2. In order to participate in the Promotion, Participants must play and win the 'Higher or Lower' digital card game found on Resideo.com. The Promotion Period runs from 01/02/2023 to 31/03/2023, however the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, void, suspend, amend or end the Promotion at any time. Requests or attempts to participate in the Promotion that are received after the end of the Promotion Period or that are not received due to technical faults of any kind cannot be considered.

3. The Promotion is open to all trade professionals aged 18 or above who are a resident in mainland UK ("Participants"). Excluded from participation are employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and third parties directly associated with the administration of the Promotion. Only one entry is allowed per Participant per month. In the case of multiple participation attempts, only the first, if valid, will be considered. Participation in the campaign is free and no purchase is necessary.

4. By agreeing to receive personalized marketing messages from Resideo and its affiliates (as further descripted in the relevant consent statement shown in the context of the Promotion), a Participant may double their entry's chance of winning the Prize. By ticking the relevant box confirming their intention, Participants can participate in the Promotion without giving such consent. In this case, their entry does not have an increased chance of winning the Prize and their personal data will only be used to contact them in the event they win the Prize (as described further in the Promoter's Privacy Policy).

5. The Promoter will randomly select the winner of each Prize within 5 days of the end of each month (February and March). The number of Prizes available is limited to one per month. Regardless of their marketing preferences, each winner will be contacted by the Promoter in due course to confirm the delivery address for the Prize.

6. The Prize will be sent to the respective winner by post. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion (including but not limited to the application of and compliance of Participants with these Terms and Conditions, their eligibility to participate and/or win any Prize, etc.) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. There is no entitlement to a specific version of the respective Prize (e.g. colour, size, configuration, personalisation, etc.). The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or to refuse the award of the respective Prize in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in this Promotion and/or accepting or using the Prize where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The promotion is governed by English law and participants in the Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
